Vancouver faces a “shameful” housing crisis where dogs are often the only “family” that can fit in downtown two-bedrooms. We propose a “lemonade turnaround” by building smart, structurally supportive housing between the Georgia and Dunsmuir viaducts rather than demolishing them.
